Job summary

JS Grospe Accounting Firm in Metro Manila is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. You will handle inventory, organize stock, assist with deliveries, and help ensure the warehouse runs smoothly.

You will receive, check, and store goods, pick and pack orders, maintain accurate records, keep areas clean and safe, and assist with loading and unloading. This role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently and with a team, basic inventory

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or college equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/move heavy items.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Have a driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming goods and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock counts.
• Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist in loading/unloading deliveries.
• Coordinate with team members to meet operational targets.
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
