Job summary

Mang Inasal Philippines Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Inbound & Outbound) to coordinate picker lists, delivery schedules, and ensure proper loading and dispatch. The role requires a 4-year degree, 1 year of warehousing experience, SAP proficiency, and familiarity with MHE.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Accounting or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 1-year experience in Warehousing, Logistics, Distribution, Inbound and Outbound in a Manufacturing set-up.
• Must have experience in SAP.
• Knowledgeable with MHE operations is an advantage.
• Must have attention to details and good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Marilao, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and secure checked picker lists and delivery schedules for loading and dispatching operations.
• Check delivery vans for conformance to sanitation and operating parameters (e.g., temperature for refrigerated vans).
• Inspect crating, packaging, tidiness and completeness of items for delivery to outlets or other divisions based on the pick list.
• Coordinate with other distribution centers or warehouses for production/consumption codes of products for verification acceptance.

About the role

The Warehouse Associate (Inbound & Outbound) - Site Logistics Associate is responsible for coordinating and securing checked picker lists and delivery schedules for loading and dispatching operations, checking and evaluating delivery vans for conformance to set standards on sanitation and operating parameters, and inspecting crating, packaging, tidiness and completeness of items for delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates and secures checked picker list and delivery schedules for loading and dispatching operation

• Checks and evaluates delivery vans for conformance to set standards on sanitation and operating parameters (i.e., temperature settings for refrigerated vans)

• Inspects the crating, packaging, tidiness and completeness of the items for delivery to the outlets or other divisions based on the pick list

• Coordinating with other counterparts in other distribution centers or warehouses for production codes and/or consumption codes of products to be shipped for verification acceptance

About you
