ALL, Inc., headquartered in St. Paul, MN, is a trusted wholesale distributor of world-class appliances, inviting a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse and delivery operations. Prepare products accurately and safely for customers, with RF scanning and rigorous quality checks.

You will pick, load, and stage items for trucks, verify paperwork, and assist with basic installation when needed. Competitive pay, ESOP, benefits, and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience handling large or heavy products safely (lift 100 lbs with partner).
• Pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key part of our warehouse and delivery operations, responsible for preparing products accurately and safely for our customers.

• Pick and pull appliances using an RF scanner.


• Load, unload, and stage products for delivery trucks.


• Verify product quality and quantities against delivery paperwork.


• Prepare, palletize, and secure items for shipment.


• Perform basic appliance prep (cords, hoses, minor setup).


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.


• Support deliveries and basic installation as needed.
