Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. seeks a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in San Simon, Pampanga. You will pick, pack, receive, and move stock to ensure timely order processing and accuracy.

The role requires experience in warehouse/inventory operations, basic MS Office, and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems. You must be willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Competenze

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, retail, distribution, or inventory operations.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends or holidays as required.
• Willing to be assigned in San Simon, Pampanga.

• Pick, pack, and process orders accurately and efficiently while meeting targets.
• Perform receiving, put-away, replenishment, inventory counting, and stock movement activities.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies and issues.
• Support warehouse housekeeping, safety, and compliance standards.
