Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Support role in the Philippines to help manage daily operations, including receiving and inventory control. You will assist with merchandising, stock presentation, and safe storage practices in a busy distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
• Preferably with experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, or related work environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and merchandising to ensure proper stock availability and presentation.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure warehouse while following safety and proper storage standards.
• Help verify deliveries, document receipts, and report any discrepancies or product quality issues.
• Support cycle counts, physical inventory activities, product organization, and dispatch preparation.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while complying with company policies and procedures.
