SMC TPLEX Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Pangasinan/Urdaneta to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate with procurement and project teams, and ensure accurate handling of equipment and materials.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience in construction, plus strong communication and organizational skills. This position is based on-site in the Philippines.

Formación

• Graduate in a related field such as Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience as Warehouse Assistant in a construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction materials, equipment and processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable to the total warehouse operation at the site and supervision of warehouse activities.
• Coordinates with Procurement and Project team about inventory status and deliverables.
• Tracks and coordinates receipt, storage and timely delivery of equipment and materials.
• Checks bills, orders, items received, inventory and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintains records, reports information and prepares documentation.
• Ensures basic maintenance standards and health & safety compliance.

Job Description

• Accountable to the total warehouse operation at the site and overall supervision of warehouse activities;
• Coordinates with Procurement and Project team about the status of the inventory or deliverables;
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of equipment and construction materials;
• Checking of bills, orders, items received, inventory and deliveries for accuracy;
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information and preparing any necessary documentations;
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering or any related course;
• With at least 1-2 years' experience as Warehouse Assistant in a Construction industry;
• Knowledgeable in construction materials, equipment and processes;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
