Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, checking, and unloading incoming construction materials and supplies.
• Organize and maintain warehouse stock to ensure cleanliness and proper storage.
• Prepare, pick, pack, and release materials based on approved delivery requests.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials for delivery and site transfers.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, and warehouse transactions.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding delivery schedules.
• Prepare delivery documents and material issuance forms.
• Ensure materials are dispatched correctly and delivered to designated clients.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist during stock audits.
• Perform other warehouse and dispatch-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Summary

The Construction Warehouseman Assistant with Dispatching is responsible for assisting in warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, and dispatch coordination.
