Warehouse Associate - Telecom Equipment

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to manage telecom equipment and materials. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming telecom equipment and materials.

2. Picking, packing, and dispatching items accurately based on job orders or technician needs.

3. Handling telecom-specific inventory such as routers, fiber optic cables, modems, and antennas with care and precision.

4. Maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company standards and health & safety regulations.

5. Assisting in conducting regular inventory counts and audits.

6. Operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners); forklift operation is a plus.

7. Coordinating with field engineers and procurement for stock replenishment and dispatch schedules.

8. Supporting inbound and outbound logistics documentation and data entry in warehouse management systems.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in telecom, electronics, or related industries.

• Familiarity with handling sensitive electronic equipment and parts.

• Physically capable of lifting items up to [X] kg.

• Attention to detail, good time management, and teamwork skills.

• Basic computer literacy (Excel, email, scanning tools).
