Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant to support our footwear operations. The role involves managing stock flow, ensuring accurate inventory, and maintaining warehouse efficiency. The ideal candidate must have prior warehouse experience, preferably in handling retail or footwear products.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and verify accuracy of incoming footwear deliveries.
• Organize and maintain footwear stock in designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare footwear orders for dispatch.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in monthly/annual inventory audits.
• Ensure footwear products are handled properly to maintain quality and prevent damage.
• Assist in stock replenishment and inter-branch transfers.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, hand truck, etc.) safely and efficiently.
• Monitor stock discrepancies and coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor for resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the warehouse at all times.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (College level/Vocational course preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (retail or footwear industry an advantage).
• Familiar with inventory systems, stock handling, and basic warehouse procedures.
• Physically fit and able to lift/carry footwear stock boxes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
• Team player with good communication skills.
