Job summary

SAN MIGUEL INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SERVICES, INC. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator in Iloilo to oversee raw material storage across multiple facilities.

The role focuses on receiving, inspecting, storing, and documenting deliveries while ensuring compliance with Good Warehousing Practices. You will work with the Inbound Planner, verify delivery documents, monitor stock quality, and report non-conforming materials.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate.
• At least 1 year of work experience in warehouse or related operations.
• Detail-oriented with computer skills and SAP literacy.
• Experience in warehouse management, checking and dispatching finished goods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Inbound Planner on raw material deliveries.
• Receive and verify delivery documents against goods.
• Ensure drivers are present during unloading for accuracy.
• Confirm deliveries pass QA before unloading.
• Store raw materials to designated locations.
• Monitor deliveries at weighbridge to determine net weight.
• Report non-conforming, slow-moving, and non-moving materials.
• Maintain proper labelling, stocking heights, and clearances.
• Maintain storage conditions and temperature compliance.

About the role

This role involves coordinating raw material warehouse operations, including receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries, managing storage across multiple facilities, and ensuring compliance with warehousing and sanitation standards. You will oversee inventory accuracy, stock quality monitoring, documentation, and reporting while maintaining proper warehouse conditions and implementing Good Warehousing Practices.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Inbound Planner on raw material delivery schedule and priorities

• Receive incoming raw material deliveries and verify accuracy of delivery documents against actual goods

• Ensure drivers are present during unloading to validate delivery accuracy

• Confirm all deliveries pass quality inspection before unloading and issuance

• Ensure proper unloading of raw materials to designated storage locations

• Monitor all deliveries through the weighbridge to determine net weight of delivered material

• Monitor condition and quality of stock during storage and report non-conforming, slow-moving, and non-moving materials to the Inbound Planner

• Implement Good Warehousing Practices including proper labelling, correct stocking height, and pile-to-pile and pile-to-wall clearances

• Maintain warehouse condition and ensure compliance with storage temperature requirements
