Job summary

Zuiden Builders Inc in Las Piñas is seeking a Warehouseman – Construction to support field teams with timely receiving, storing, and issuing of construction materials. You will maintain inventory records, stock cards, and reports, and coordinate closely with the Site Engineer, Foreman, and Procurement.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of warehouse experience (preferably in construction), be physically fit, able to work on-site, and willing to work Monday to Sunday with overtime when required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a construction company.
• Knowledgeable in receiving, checking, storing, and releasing construction materials.
• Familiar with construction materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Able to maintain inventory records, stock cards, and issuance/receiving reports.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site.
• Willing to work Monday to Sunday and render overtime when required.
• Preferably with experience handling construction tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• At least an undergraduate, Vocational Graduate, or College Graduate is an advantage
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a construction company
• Knowledgeable in receiving, checking, storing, and releasing construction materials
• Familiar with construction materials, tools, equipment, and supplies
• Able to maintain inventory records, stock cards, and issuance/receiving reports
• Knowledgeable in FIFO (First In, First Out) and proper material storage
• Able to conduct physical inventory/counting and reconcile discrepancies
• Able to prepare Material Requisition/Issuance Forms, Receiving Reports, and Inventory Reports
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site
• Organized, detail-oriented, honest, and responsible
• Able to work under pressure and coordinate with the Site Engineer, Foreman, Procurement, and Project/Construction Manager
• Willing to work Monday to Sunday and render overtime when required
• Preferably with experience handling construction tools and equipment
