Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Vice President to establish and lead our Manila-based team as part of the regional expansion of Decision Intelligence. This role is pivotal in building and scaling Data, Analytics, and AI capabilities across global markets.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in analytics, AI-led services, and solutions, including Python programming and machine learning, aiming to deliver clarity in governance, risk, and transparency challenges.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience delivering AI, GenAI, and ML solutions.
• 4+ years with NLP, LLMs, and modern AI frameworks.
• Strong expertise in statistical modeling, forecasting, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and lead global Data, Analytics, and AI teams.
• Drive AI-led solutions using advanced ML and GenAI.
• Translate business needs into scalable insights and optimization models.
