Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field with 7+ years of applied data science.

• Strong Python skills and modern ML stack proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists with a high-performance culture.
• Own end-to-end data science roadmap; prioritise initiatives and communicate impact.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define problems.
• Provide technical oversight across the ML lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Drive ML infrastructure adoption (Databricks, Azure) and MLOps practices.
• Recruit and retain top talent; represent data science to leadership and clients.
