Job summary

State Street is seeking a Vice President, ERO Business Partner to join the Enterprise Resiliency Office in Manila. You will lead the relationship between ERO and aligned business units, guiding resilience strategy, oversight, and risk management to strengthen the organization’s resilience posture.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, conduct BIA, validate recovery plans, and drive remediation across business units, technology, and third parties.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, or related discipline.
• Typically 15+ years of financial services, resilience, risk, or regulatory experience.
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and influencing resilience outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of resilience principles, third-party risk, and regulatory expectations.
• CBCP/MBCP/MBCI certifications preferred; advanced reporting skills with PowerPoint/Excel/SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ERO relationship manager for assigned business units.
• Enhance resilience posture by assessing preparedness and remediation needs.
• Oversee conformance with Operational Resilience framework and regulatory requirements.
• Support testing, crisis management, and business continuity activities.
• Oversee disaster recovery testing outcomes and address gaps.
• Monitor health of resilience dependencies including technology and third parties.
• Coordinate with owners, directors, and technology partners on planning.
• Participate in BIA, criticality reviews, and dependency assessments.
• Assist incidents and post-incident reviews with timely corrective actions.
• Drive remediation and regulatory commitments with cross-functional teams.
