Job summary

State Street is seeking a Vice President, ERO Business Partner to join the Enterprise Resiliency Office. You will lead the primary relationship with aligned business units, provide strategic guidance, and drive improved operational resilience across the organization.

You will oversee continuity planning, testing, crisis preparedness, technology resilience, and regulatory remediation, collaborating with senior leaders to ensure conformance with resilience standards and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Technology Resilience, Risk Management, or related disciplines within a large financial institution.
• Typically 15+ years of financial services, resilience, risk, or regulatory experience.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence resilience outcomes across large organizations.
• Strong understanding of resilience principles, critical services, continuity planning, testing, crisis management, disaster recovery, and third-party risk management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ERO relationship manager for assigned business units and provide strategic guidance to improve resilience capabilities.
• Oversee testing, crisis management, and recovery planning to ensure effective, validated resilience efforts.
• Review and challenge continuity plans and recovery strategies for compliance and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Business Service Owners, Technology partners, and ERO Centers of Excellence to drive end-to-end resilience planning.
• Support regulatory engagements, resilience assessments, and incident reviews as required.
