We are looking for a VP of Engineering who will own the entire tech function - architecture, execution, team building, and long-term scalability. This is not a legacy system maintenance role. This is a build-and-scale role.

You will define how fast we ship, how stable we run, and how intelligently we scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience building and scaling consumer products or apps.
• Strong understanding of scalable backend systems, API architecture, cloud infrastructure, data tracking frameworks.
• Experience hiring and leading engineering teams.
• Ability to balance speed vs long-term architecture.
• High ownership mindset – thinks like a founder.

What will you own

• Overall technology vision and architecture
• Backend, frontend, app infrastructure, and integrations
• Data architecture in collaboration with Analytics
• Engineering hiring and team structure
• Development velocity and code quality standards
• Platform reliability, performance, and scalability
• Security, compliance, and best practices

You will work closely with:

• Growth (to support experimentation and rapid iterations)
• Product (to ship fast without compromising long-term tech health)
• Analytics (to ensure event tracking and data pipelines are robust)

What we're looking For

• 4+ years of engineering experience with leadership exposure

• Not a "keep the lights on" engineering head
• Not a purely people-management role
• Not someone who over-architects and slows product velocity
