The role emphasizes collaboration with regional modelers to drive validation, development, and performance analytics, with regular reporting to senior management.

You will present models for sign-off and support regulatory requirements while keeping up with Basel II/IV standards and FEAT compliance.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in credit risk model development/validation in banking.
• Ability to communicate technical model metrics clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with Basel II/IV, FEAT and regulatory standards is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and monitor Basel credit risk models and scorecards.
