Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, math, statistics, engineering, business analytics, information systems, or related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in model risk management or related risk functions within a regulated financial institution.
• Knowledge of ICAAP, stress testing linkages, model lifecycle governance, materiality and tiering concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to translate findings into governance-ready insights.
• Effectiveness in a second-line control environment and governance alignment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain model inventory with documentation of purpose, ownership, lifecycle stage, and risk classification.
• Apply criteria for materiality, tiering, and risk classification in line with MRM framework.
• Perform consistency checks to ensure models meet governance definitions.
• Consolidate model information including validation status, findings, and limitations.
• Identify risk concentrations across ICAAP, ECL/IFRS 9, stress testing, pricing, and strategic processes.
• Track remediation status of validation findings and elevate high-risk issues.
• Prepare dashboards and working papers for Senior Management and Risk Management Committee.
