Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing or related field.
• 12+ years in corporate communications/public affairs with leadership roles.
• Experience in regulated industries such as telecommunications, banking, utilities, healthcare, or similar sectors.
• Expertise in media relations, crisis communications, executive communications, and stakeholder management.
• Experience engaging with government agencies/regulators preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate communications and public affairs strategy.
• Lead media relations, executive communications, public relations, and corporate messaging.
• Manage crisis communications and reputation initiatives.
• Build relationships with media organizations, regulators, government agencies, and key external stakeholders.
• Oversee internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead planning and execution of corporate events, executive forums, and stakeholder engagements.
• Ensure communication strategies comply with applicable regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
• Manage communications agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Provide strategic communications counsel to executive leadership.
