Job summary

Casa Bella Home and Living, a luxury European furniture retailer in Metro Manila, seeks a Visual Merchandising & Multimedia Assistant. The role supports showroom displays, multimedia content, and event coordination to elevate the customer experience and strengthen the brand’s visual identity.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, technically skilled, and eager to grow in both visual merchandising and multimedia production.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Multimedia Arts, Architecture, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in visual merchandising, multimedia, retail design, or event support is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Assist in showroom layouts, product displays, and seasonal visual setups.
Maintain showroom displays for brand standards and visual appeal.
Support furniture styling, signage placement, and promotional display setup.
Assist in space planning and visualization using design software when required.
Prepare showrooms for product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with Operations and Sales during display installations and showroom refreshes.
Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed across all showroom locations.
Create graphic designs, marketing collaterals, digital advertisements, and promotional materials.
Capture and edit product photography and videos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
Support presentations, mock-ups, and visual concepts; edit assets to align with branding.
