The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating emotionally engaging shopping experiences, managing multiple retail locations, and a keen aesthetic sense to translate brand identity. Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in the fashion or apparel retail industry.
Implementation:
Execute and implement visual merchandising plans in line with product launches, promotions, and
seasonal changes.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and aesthetic guidelines across all stores.

Focus on creating a welcoming and emotionally engaging customer environment through
thoughtful product placement, lighting, and décor.
Adapt visual strategies to make the shopping experience more personalized and human-centered.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a
related field.
5+ years of experience in visual merchandising within the retail fashion or apparel industry.
Proven track record in managing multiple stores or large-format retail spaces.
Strong sense of design and aesthetics, with an ability to translate brand identity into visual
elements.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and visual
merchandising tools.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and
train staff.
Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines.
