Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in visual display and design within retail.
• Proven track record of effective in-store displays.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and space planning.
• Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of visual merchandising trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs that strengthen the brand, attract customers, and drive sales growth.
• Manage project execution and AVID workflow by overseeing fabrication, installation, and maintenance of décor and marketing materials.
• Plan and monitor budgets for annual operations, mall openings, and special projects.
• Handle administrative coordination through documentation, reporting, asset management, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Lead and develop team members through effective management, performance evaluation, and participation in talent development initiatives.
