Job summary

Toys"R"Us Philippines is seeking a visually oriented professional to conceptualize and propose improved store layouts and merchandise displays across our outlets in Metro Manila. The role also covers event setup and coordination to boost shopper engagement.

You will work with suppliers to ensure specifications are met and contribute to operations by understanding market trends, while performing additional duties as required on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in art/design/creative fields.
• Proficiency in Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, and SketchUp.
• Creative skills relevant to visual merchandising and store displays.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and propose departmental store improvements.

• Responsible for the conceptualization and the proposal of departmental improvements of stores
• Checks and improves also the display of merchandise by proposal in how to enhance them, especially in the departments.
• Coordinates with suppliers making sure that the agreed specifications are met.
• Installation of display and set-up for store events
• Good knowledge and understanding of operations and business trends.
• Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design /Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Marketing or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and SketchUp;
• Must also have good creative skills
• Full-time position(s) available.
