• Plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and product-driven merchandising strategies.
• Analyze store layouts and traffic flow to optimize product placement and increase customer engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing team and retail staff to align merchandising with sales goals and brand messaging.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure standards are met and provide guidance on proper display maintenance.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor displays, and customer behavior to inform merchandising decisions.
• Develop planograms, mood boards, and merchandising guidelines for store teams.
• Ensure all visuals setups comply with safety and brand guidelines.
