Visual Merchandiser Manager
Location: Quezon City
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies
• Plan and execute window displays, in-store layouts, and mannequin styling
• Coordinate with marketing and retail teams for campaign launches and seasonal themes
• Lead and train in-store visual merchandisers
• Conduct store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are met
• Analyze customer behavior and sales data to improve product presentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the garments or fashion retail industry
• Strong knowledge of display techniques, planograms, and retail trends
• Creative eye with attention to detail
• Experience managing a visual merchandising team
• Proficiency in design software is an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
