• Understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and modern design styles.
• Comfortable working on fast iterations and multiple formats.
• Experience with Rive or motion/interactive assets.
• Video Editing for social media.
• Exposure to fintech, consumer apps, or product-led companies.

Responsibilities

• Create illustrations, icons, and visual assets for product and marketing.
• Design app icons, in-product graphics, and visual elements that enhance UX.
• Design high-quality creatives for social media, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
• Work on quick-turnaround visuals while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Work closely with product and design teams to integrate visuals into the app and web experience.
• Contribute to onboarding flows, empty states, and key interaction moments.
• Maintain visual consistency across all outputs - product, social, and brand.
• Contribute to building reusable visual components and iconography systems.
