Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, easing, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience creating Rive and Lottie animations for web and mobile.
• Experience with AI creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Midjourney.
• Ability to design smooth UI animations and motion systems for digital products.
• Understanding of branding and digital-first design.

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to create high-quality motion content for digital products, marketing campaigns, social media, and brand experiences. Expected Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, product launches, and brand storytelling.
• Design UI animations, micro-interactions, and motion systems that elevate our web and mobile experiences.
• Bring static designs to life using thoughtful animation and visual storytelling.
• Build interactive animations using Rive and Lottie for modern digital products.
• Partner with Product, Design, Brand, and Marketing teams to create experiences people remember.
• Experiment with AI-powered creative tools to push creative boundaries and speed up workflows.
• Ensure every animation is optimized for performance across platforms while staying true to the brand.

Expected Skills

• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, easing, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
• Proficiency creating Rive, Lottie animations for web and mobile applications. Experience in creating interactive and state-based animations.
• Experience with AI creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Midjourney, or similar.
• Ability to design smooth UI animations, micro-interactions, and motion systems for digital products.
• Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual design sense.
• Ability to convert static designs into engaging, performance-optimized motion graphics.
• Understanding of branding, visual identity, and digital-first design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Figma and developer handoff workflows.
• Knowledge of optimizing animations for web and mobile applications.
• Basic sound design and motion syncing skills.
• Experience designing for fintech, SaaS, or consumer-facing digital products.

Location:

Goregaon West, Mumbai (Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai’s Western suburbs).
