Job summary

Overseas (United States) is seeking a Visual Designer to own visual design across brand, marketing, and digital channels. You will craft ad creative, social assets, landing page graphics, presentations, and collateral, transforming briefs into distinctive, on-brand work.

This hands-on role requires daily use of design tools, ownership over quality, and meeting business goals. The candidate should be fast, organized, and adept at collaborating across formats and projects while maintaining brand

Qualifications

• Proven design experience with a portfolio showing finished work across multiple formats such as ad creative, social content, brand assets, and presentations
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy, with an eye for what makes design effective in a marketing context
• Ability to work within an established brand system while bringing independent creative judgment to each project
• Fast and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver on time
• Clear communicator who flags issues early and incorporates feedback without friction
• Available to work full-time during US business hours

Responsibilities

• Design static ad creative, social media graphics, email graphics, and landing page assets for paid and organic channels
• Resize and adapt creative across formats and placements accurately and efficiently
• Iterate on designs quickly based on testing results and stakeholder feedback
• Design presentations, one-pagers, reports, and other brand collateral for internal and external use
• Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints and help evolve brand guidelines as the company grows
• Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts at the brief stage, not only at execution
• Prepare finished files in the correct formats and specifications for each use case
• Organize design files and assets with clean structure, naming conventions, and version control
• Keep project status current and communicate early if a timeline is at risk
• Use AI-assisted design tools where they improve speed without lowering quality
