Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking a versatile Visual Designer to own visual design across brand, marketing, and digital channels. You will create ad creatives, social content, landing page assets, presentations, and brand collateral with a sharp, on-brand aesthetic.

This hands-on role requires fast, organized craft, the ability to translate briefs into distinctive visuals, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven design experience with a portfolio showing finished work across multiple formats such as ad creative, social content, brand assets, and presentations
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy, with an eye for what makes design effective in a marketing context
• Ability to work within an established brand system while bringing independent creative judgment to each project
• Fast and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver on time
• Clear communicator who flags issues early and incorporates feedback without friction
• Available to work full-time during US business hours

Responsibilities

• Design static ad creative, social media graphics, email graphics, and landing page assets for paid and organic channels
• Work from briefs, performance feedback, and brand guidelines to produce assets built to perform
• Resize and adapt creative across formats and placements accurately and efficiently
• Iterate on designs quickly based on testing results and stakeholder feedback
• Design presentations, one-pagers, reports, and other brand collateral for internal and external use
• Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints and help evolve brand guidelines as the company grows
• Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts at the brief stage, not only at execution
• Prepare finished files in the correct formats and specifications for each use case
• Organize design files and assets with clean structure, naming conventions, and version control
• Keep project status current and communicate early if a timeline is at risk
• Use AI-assisted design tools where they improve speed without lowering quality
