About the Role:

Our alternative medical business, specializing in hyperbaric oxygen therapy, intravenous nutrition, physicals, and other wellness modalities, is seeking a highly skilled and professional Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage our phone calls and administrative tasks. This role is crucial for improving our client communication and freeing up our on-site staff to focus on patient care. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and a strong cultural alignment with the US market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Phone Call Management: Answer all incoming phone calls in a professional and prompt manner.
  • Information and Appointment Setting: Address client questions about services and pricing, and book appointments using an external link.
  • Message Taking and Relay: Capture and relay messages accurately and efficiently to on-site staff via email or text.
  • Client Communication: Maintain a high level of professionalism and cultural awareness to ensure a positive experience for our older, established clientele who prefer direct conversation.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various tasks as needed to support the on-site team and doctor.
