Job Description
We seek experienced Healthcare Schedulers to report to the Lead Service Coordinator, supporting daily operations by managing caregiver schedules, documentation, and updates. The role may also include light recruitment and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage caregiver schedules up to two weeks in advance across five counties.
- Monitor and follow up on caregiver clock-ins and outs for billing and payroll accuracy.
- Handle last-minute shift changes and cancellations promptly.
- Respond to client, caregiver, and scheduling inquiries via the ConnectUC VoIP system.
- Maintain accurate records in WellSky and document updates.
- Communicate staffing and scheduling updates to relevant teams.
- Report issues to the Operations Manager.
- Conduct caregiver check-ins and evaluations.
- Generate supply and demand reports.
- Assist with cross-coverage and administrative duties during downtime.
Requirements
- College degree.
- Background check or clearance (NBI, Police, or equivalent).
- Comfort with Hubstaff and other software tools.
- Experience or aptitude in scheduling, ideally in healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills for coordination and inquiries.
- Ability to handle calls confidently.
- Recruitment and healthcare software experience are a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and OneDrive.
- Professional-level English skills.
- Reliable internet connection (min 25 Mbps).
