About the Role:
As an integral part of our e-commerce operations team, this role offers a dynamic chance to shape the digital shopping experience from behind the scenes. You’ll support product setup, inventory accuracy, vendor coordination, and ongoing storefront optimization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of day-to-day backend processes—from SKU creation and sales reporting to competitive research and shipping follow-ups—helping maintain an efficient and customer-ready online store.

Key Responsibilities:
- SKU Setup & Tagging: Create, tag, and organize product listings using Shopify.
- Product Bundling & Collection Creation: Build bundles and maintain collections to optimize the online storefront.
- Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing and updating weekly sales reports.
- Competitive Research: Conduct product and pricing research to support business decisions.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor and update inventory data; flag any discrepancies.
- Vendor Coordination: Send vendor questionnaires, collect W-9 and banking info, and organize digital vendor folders.
- Shipping & Escalations: Coordinate with the Vendor Manager to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Image Management: Resize, rename, and organize product images according to listing standards.
- Other ad hoc admin or e-commerce-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ideally prior experience as a Virtual Assistant in an e-commerce, retail setting or related industry (Shopify experience highly preferred)
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and file organization
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify and experience working remotely with US-based clients
