Position Title: Virtual Assistant

Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide direct support to our President and Founder. This role combines personal and professional executive assistance with light social marketing and fundraising support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to help a faith-driven organization thrive.

What You'll Do:

Executive Support

  • Provide comprehensive VA support to the CEO, including scheduling, travel coordination, and logistics

  • Be available during working hours for urgent requests

Calendar & Travel Management

  • Manage multiple calendars, organize meetings, and ensure alignment of priorities

  • Book and coordinate domestic and international travel, lodging, and itineraries

Email & Communications

  • Monitor and organize inboxes, flagging urgent matters and ensuring timely follow-ups

  • Handle inquiries from Psychology Today and website chat boxes

  • Act as first-line support for inbound calls via the 800 number system

Operations & SOPs

  • Draft, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core processes

  • Ensure consistency and efficiency in workflows

Social Marketing Support

  • Assist with light social media posting, monitoring, and engagement

  • Identify outreach opportunities and report to leadership

Fundraising Support

  • Provide administrative assistance for campaigns supporting clients school project

  • Maintain donor records and track fundraising activities

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Virtual Assistant or similar role

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Experience with social media platforms and light marketing tasks is an advantage

  • Prior exposure to fundraising or nonprofit support is a plus

  • Ability to work in alignment with the U.S. Eastern Standard Time

  • Comfortable working in a mission-driven, Christian faith-based environment
