Job summary

High Scale is seeking a UGC Video Editor to turn raw creator footage into high-converting ads for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You will craft hooks, pacing, and native visuals to drive performance for leading DTC brands.

You should bring 1–3 years editing UGC or social-first content with strong English skills and a fast, iterative mindset to adapt based on data feedback from the media team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience editing UGC or social-first content (Agency or Freelance).
• Solid understanding of TikTok/Instagram visual language and current trends.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro is required for our workflow.
• Familiarity with CapCut features/styles and replication in Premiere is a big plus.
• Basic skills in After Effects or Photoshop for asset integration.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw creator footage into cohesive direct-response video ads.
• Structure edits around Hook–Problem–Solution–Social Proof–CTA frameworks.
• Ensure platform-native vibe for TikTok/Reels/Shorts and avoid over-produced looks.
