Job Description - Violations Coordinator

Summary:

Process New York City building violations on behalf of the company’s managed buildings.

● Prepare weekly reports using Google Sheets, follow HPD (Housing Preservation and Development) violations metrics, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.

● Support with scheduling, creating, and managing maintenance requests related to HPD Violations.

● Assist ownership and tenants with information about compliance requirements as needed.

● Manage files to keep track of certifications, expenses, and compliance.

● Experience with Lead Violations, including comprehension of how to read XRF testing and vacancy requirements.

● Work with the PM team to keep track of XRF testing and abatements during move-outs. ● Draft and distribute notices via email, text, and phone calls.

● Manage vendor contracts, schedule inspections, and request payments.

Experience Required:

Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).

Monday.com, Sitecompli or similar compliance tracking software system.

2-3 years compliance experience, specifically HPD Property Management knowledge helpful.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month
