Job Description

• Perform inspections on construction sites and buildings to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Assess structural integrity, safety, and quality of materials and workmanship.
• Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to resolve issues.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and construction practices.
• Oversee daily engineering operations within the subdivision
• Review and approve fit-out, renovation, and construction plans
• Monitor ongoing house constructions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and building codes
• Coordinate with contractors, homeowners, and the property management team
• Inspect and supervise landscaping, grounds maintenance, and common area projects
• Utilize AutoCAD for reviewing and modifying plans as needed

Requirements:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction and building inspection.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in housing construction, renovation plans, landscaping, structural design, and AutoCAD 3D.
• Working Conditions: 8:30Am- 5:30PM, Mon-Sat
• Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork-oriented.
