Proficiency in Vietnamese and English in listening, reading, writing, and speaking (B2-level or higher)
Minimum 2 years in College
With at least 1 to 2 years BPO experience/TSR/ITHD background
Applicants must be Filipino citizens, permanent visa holders, or at least with a valid work visa.
Customer Service Representatives assist customers with their concerns, understanding their problems and providing solutions through calls, chats, and/or emails (depending on the client's needs).
