BruntWork is seeking a creative Videographer/Video Editor in Manila, Philippines, to drive fashion-focused social content. The role blends one on-location shoot day per week with remote end-to-end production, including scripting, planning, and advanced color grading.

Overview

Our client is looking for a creative and highly skilled Videographer / Video Editor based in Manila, Philippines, to produce high-performing social media and digital content, with a strong emphasis on fashion and viral trends. This hybrid role combines approximately one on-location shoot day per week in Manila with remote work focused on end-to-end production, including scripting, content planning, advanced color grading, and video editing. You will work with client-provided equipment and models to execute visually stunning shoots designed to maximize audience retention, views, and overall engagement. Strong English communication, expert lighting skills, and a proven track record of creating engaging video content are essential.

Work Arrangement and Schedule:

• Full-time, 5 days per week
• Primarily work from home
• Approximately 1 day per week on location in Manila for filming and photography
• Remaining days focused on editing, post-production, content research, planning, and related creative work
• Filming equipment and model contacts will be provided by the client

Responsibilities

Videography & Photography

• Attend approximately one on-location shoot per week in Manila
• Film high-quality video and photo content featuring models and other subjects
• Set up and manage professional lighting to achieve the desired visual quality
• Direct models and subjects during filming and photography sessions
• Capture planned shots based on approved concepts, scripts, and creative direction
• Ensure footage is properly framed, exposed, focused, and suitable for post-production

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for digital and social media platforms
• Perform professional color correction and color grading, including working with RAW or ungraded footage
• Retouch and enhance photographs as required
• Add graphics, text, transitions, effects, and other visual elements when appropriate
• Prepare and optimize final content for publishing across relevant platforms
• Maintain consistent visual quality and branding across produced content

Content Planning & Creative Support

• Research current social media trends, viral content, and successful content formats
• Help develop creative concepts, video ideas, and scripts
• Plan shoots in collaboration with the client and internal team
• Translate concepts and scripts into practical shot lists and production plans
• Contribute ideas for improving content quality, engagement, and performance
• Review content performance and collaborate with the team to continuously improve future content

Requirements

• Must be able to attend scheduled on-location shoots in Manila
• Must take the https://www.efset.org test
• Strong professional experience in videography and cinematography plus video editing
• Experience with fashion or high-performing social content
• Strong scripting and content planning
• Proven work that drives views and engagement
• Strong professional lighting, framing, color grading, color correction, and audience retention
• Demonstrated experience filming and directing people/models
• Proficiency with professional video-editing and post-production software
• Ability to work effectively with RAW or ungraded video footage
• Photo editing and retouching capabilities
• Strong understanding of social media content and short-form video formats
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong creative judgment and attention to visual detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team
