Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a creative Videographer / Video Editor in Manila to produce high-performing social media and fashion-focused content. This hybrid role includes approximately one on-location shoot day per week in Manila and remote end-to-end production, from scripting and planning to color grading and editing.

You will work with client-provided gear and models to create eye-catching content designed to maximize views, engagement, and audience retention across platforms.

Qualifications

• Must have professional videography and cinematography experience.
• Experience with fashion or high-performing social content.
• Strong scripting and content planning abilities.
• Proven ability to drive views and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Attend approximately one on-location shoot per week in Manila.
• Film high-quality video and photo content featuring models or subjects.
• Set up and manage professional lighting for desired visuals.
• Direct models and subjects during shoots.
• Capture planned shots based on concepts, scripts, and direction.
• Edit footage into polished videos for digital/social platforms.
• Perform color correction and color grading for RAW/ungraded footage.
• Retouch and enhance photographs as required.
• Add graphics, text, transitions and effects as appropriate.
• Prepare final content for publishing across platforms.
• Maintain consistent visual quality and branding.
