Job summary

Show Biz Town, Inc. seeks a skilled videographer to capture high-quality video content that builds the artist’s brand across digital and broadcast platforms.

You will film appearances, edit for social media and YouTube, and collaborate with artist management and creative teams. Travel with artists when required and manage video assets with a clear, consistent visual style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant background in Film, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in videography and video editing in entertainment or content production.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Strong camera operation, lighting, framing, and basic audio recording.
• Experience creating short-form and long-form content for social media and YouTube.
• Portfolio or samples required.

About the role

Responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content that builds the artist’s brand, public image, and fan engagement across digital and broadcast platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Film artist appearances, rehearsals, performances, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Produce vlogs, interviews, challenges, and lifestyle content featuring the artist
• Cover music videos, promotional shoots, and brand collaborations
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, and promotions
• Create teasers, trailers, and promotional reels for upcoming releases or events
• Ensure visual storytelling aligns with the artist’s branding and image
• Apply color grading and editing styles that enhance the artist’s identity
• Add subtitles, effects, and graphics for social media optimization
• Work closely with the artist management and creative team on content direction
• Manage and archive artist video assets
• Travel with artists when coverage is required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant background in Film, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, - Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in videography and video editing, preferably in entertainment, artist, media, or content production.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, framing, composition, and basic audio recording.
• Experience creating both short-form and long-form video content for social media, YouTube, and digital platforms.
• Skilled in color grading, subtitles, transitions, effects, and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and social media content trends.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a consistent visual style aligned with an artist’s image and brand.
• Able to work effectively with artist management, creative, production, and other teams.
• Capable of working under tight deadlines and fast-paced production schedules.
• Willing to travel with artists when required for shoots, events, performances, or other activities.
• Experience handling, organizing, and archiving video files and digital media assets.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Portfolio or sample works is required for evaluation.
