This role emphasizes learning, strong communication, and familiarity with marketing software. You will track feedback and approvals, support the content calendar, and collaborate with the production team to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to learn with professional drive.
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with marketing & multimedia computer software and online applications.
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.
• Current enrollment in Mass Communication, Marketing or Advertising.

Responsibilities

• Participate with the production team to film on location for various contents of the client.
• Edit and format video content under the guidance of the lead Video Editor, ensuring alignment with specific branding guidelines for clients
• Apply client comments directly to video drafts to ensure final approval before posting
• Draft engaging, platform-specific social media captions that complement the video content
• Manage the monthly Lark document, ensuring it serves as an organized, central hub for that month's content plan
• Ensure all client comments, feedback, and approvals are accurately tracked and updated within the shared workspace
