Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in video editing for short dramas, short videos, or ads.
• Proficient with industry-standard editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong storytelling, pacing, sound, and color grading with polished final cuts.
• Basic motion graphics and VFX: titles, animations, transitions.
• Strong communication and ability to iterate based on feedback.
• Able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Filipino market or local cultural trends is a plus.
