Job summary

Outsourcey is seeking a skilled video editor to join our team in the Philippines. You will edit short-form and long-form content for paid social campaigns, delivering polished cuts optimized for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.

You will work independently up to 20 hours per week, managing briefs, timelines and asset libraries. Proficiency in Cap Cut and Adobe Premiere Pro is required, with basic motion graphics a plus. Remote collaboration across time zones is common.

Core responsibilities:

• Editing short-form and long-form video content for paid social ad campaigns
• Cutting, trimming and assembling raw footage into polished deliverables
• Adapting video assets across formats and aspect ratios for different platforms
• Collaborating with the creative/ad team on content briefs and revision rounds
• Managing a consistent output pipeline to meet campaign delivery deadlines
• Organising and maintaining a structured library of raw and edited assets
• Adding motion graphics, captions, transitions and sound design to finished cuts
• Reviewing and implementing feedback from revision rounds efficiently
• Staying across platform trends and native content styles for Meta, TikTok and YouTube

Profile Requirements:

• Proven video editing experience, ideally in a performance marketing or e-commerce context
• Proficiency in Cap Cut and Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or equivalent editing software
• Understanding of paid social content formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload across a 20-hour week
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute on creative briefs
• Experience with fast-turnaround, high-volume content production
• Basic motion graphics or After Effects experience advantageous
• Familiarity with file management and cloud-based collaboration tools (Google Drive, Frame.io or similar)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work asynchronously across time zones
