Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a remote Video Editor to join an international team. The role focuses on editing real estate and brand videos in the company’s established style, requiring coordination of sessions, invites, and locations while maintaining quality and timelines.

You will work 9AM–6PM PST remotely, with a comprehensive benefits package and potential growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Key Specific Tasks VA will do

   1. Coordinate members, content days, invites, locations, follow-ups, questions, and warm leads
   2. Edit real estate and brand videos/photos using the company's established creative style
   3. Maintain bookkeeping, invoicing, receivables, expenses, reconciliations, reporting, and payment follow-up if hired for the finance role

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
