Qualificações

We’re looking for editors who understand both sides of the craft:

Creative storytelling that makes content worth watching, and performance-focused editing that keeps viewers engaged and supports the business objective behind the video.

If you know how to turn raw footage into content that feels intentional, fast-moving, polished, and built for attention, we want to see your work.

What You May Work On

Depending on the client, projects may include:

• Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
• Direct-response and paid social ads
• UGC-style advertisements
• Talking-head and educational content
• Branded and promotional videos
• YouTube and long-form content
• Podcasts and interview edits
• Motion graphics and animated text
• Sound design and music selection
• Color correction and basic grading
• AI-assisted creative and video workflows

What We’re Looking For

Strong candidates understand that good editing goes beyond clean cuts and transitions.

You should be comfortable with:

• Building strong hooks within the first few seconds
• Maintaining pacing and viewer retention
• Identifying the strongest moments in raw footage
• Using B-roll, graphics, captions, and sound intentionally
• Editing for different platforms, audiences, and objectives
• Understanding when a video needs more energy and when it needs restraint
• Working within brand guidelines
• Taking creative ownership of an edit
• Receiving feedback and implementing revisions professionally
• Managing deadlines and multiple projects independently

Ideal Experience

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience preferred
• Experience working with agencies, creators, brands, or international clients
• Understanding of short-form content and current social media editing trends
• Strong sense of pacing, typography, sound, composition, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with direct-response or conversion-focused creative is a strong advantage

Tools & Creative Skills

Experience with one or more of the following is highly valuable:

• CapCut
• Motion graphics
• AI video and creative tools
