Qualifications

• Must show a strong portfolio with high-end editing quality.
• Experience editing construction/trades content or brand-focused media.
• Hands-on color grading with Sony S-Log 3 or similar workflows.
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• MacBook familiarity and comfort working on macOS.
• Ability to master audio to SOPs independently.

Responsibilities

• Edit TAYA-style and educational videos to a polished standard.
• Support cinematic, brand-style edits for premium clients.
• Color grade footage from Sony S-Log 3 to on-brand visuals.
• Master audio to broadcast-ready standards per SOPs.
• Manage end-to-end editing workflows in Premiere Pro; use After Effects for graphics.
• Apply precise shot selection and pacing to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with Australian leadership on turnarounds and revisions.
