Cyberbacker Careers is seeking a detail-oriented Video Editor to transform raw footage into polished, platform-ready content. Working with the Creative Director, you will turn stories into engaging narratives that support marketing, training, and client initiatives while maintaining brand consistency.

This remote, full-time role requires proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects and Capcut, plus the ability to craft narratives from scripts or VO for multiple formats across social platforms.

The Video Editor transforms raw footage into polished, engaging video content that supports Cyberbacker's marketing, training, and client initiatives. This role ensures that all video narratives align with brand messaging and campaign goals, while adapting content into multiple formats for different platforms. Working closely with the Creative Director, content team, and social media managers, the Video Editor brings stories to life that inspire, educate, and drive action.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform long-form videos into high-impact short-form content for social media content while maintaining brand consistency.
• Grasp company needs, specifications, and visual inspirations by thoroughly analyzing briefings from Social Media Managers.
• Enhance brand engagement and storytelling by integrating dialogues, music, graphics, and effects.
• Ensure all creative innovations remain strictly aligned with company brand guidelines and target audience needs.

What We're Looking For

• Possesses a thorough grasp of the technical specifications and audience preferences unique to various social media platforms.
• Preferably proficient in using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Capcut.
• Capable of creating a compelling narrative from scratch, utilizing scripts, voiceovers (VO), and stock assets when no raw footage is provided.
• A creative thinker who brings new ideas to the table while respecting established brand standards.

Technical Requirements

• Intel Core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
