Job summary

Shin Media Inc. seeks a talented Video Editor to craft engaging TikTok content, including product showcases and promotional campaigns. You will work with Marketing, Creative, and Livestream teams to align with brand goals.

You will ensure videos follow the brand identity, incorporate trending formats, and be responsible for organizing assets, reviewing performance, and suggesting improvements based on analytics. Onsite in BGC, Taguig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in multimedia fields.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor in digital marketing, e-commerce, or media.
• Proficient in video editing and design tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva).
• Knowledge of motion graphics; After Effects is a plus.
• Strong visual composition, pacing, and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, and trend content.

Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Livestream teams to create high-performing content that aligns with brand goals.

Ensure all videos follow the brand's visual identity, messaging, and quality standards.

Incorporate trending TikTok formats, effects, and editing techniques to maximize engagement and reach.

Assist in developing creative concepts and content strategies to improve audience growth and performance.

Organize, manage, and maintain video assets and project files efficiently.

Review content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and platform trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Film, or any related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a digital marketing, e-commerce, or media environment.

Proficient in video editing and design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva.

Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation; experience with Adobe After Effects is an advantage.

Strong understanding of visual composition, pacing, and storytelling techniques.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, and current social media content trends.

Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
