We are a full-service marketing agency supporting a wide range of external clients with high-quality video production and digital marketing solutions. Our projects span across branding, social media, ad campaigns, and storytelling content.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor Virtual Assistant to join our fast-paced creative team. You’ll be working under tight deadlines to support external client projects — editing both short-form and long-form content for delivery across digital platforms. This is a client-facing support role that requires consistency, speed, and a strong grasp of brand-aligned storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit raw video footage into final versions ready for client delivery.
  • Incorporate transitions, animations, motion graphics, subtitles, and sound design.
  • Collaborate with the creative and project management teams to meet client deadlines.
  • Handle revision requests efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand style guides and client expectations.
  • Manage project files, assets, and version tracking in an organized manner.
Qualifications
  • At least 1–2 years of video editing experience (agency or client-facing preferred).
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; bonus if familiar with After Effects.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work on multiple edits in parallel.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with fixed schedules and strict deadlines.
