Job summary

Smartfit Trading OPC is seeking an E-commerce Marketing Associate with strong video editing skills to drive growth across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms. You will optimize listings, plan campaigns, and coordinate with sales and operations to ensure stock availability and competitive pricing.

You will also manage social media accounts, create content ideas from customer feedback, and extract strong video clips from livestreams to support promotional efforts.

Qualifications

• Video editing is a core skill for the role.
• Experience in managing e-commerce content across multiple platforms is preferred.
• Ability to analyze basic e-commerce KPIs and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Upload and optimize product listings acrossShopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, and company website
• Update product titles, descriptions, images, variations, pricing, and promotional information
• Assist in planning and executing monthly campaigns, payday sales, flash sales, bundles, vouchers, and seasonal promotions
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team regarding stock availability, pricing changes, best-selling items, and priority products
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, product positioning, and content strategies
• Research trending products, customer interests, keywords, and marketplace trends
• Help improve product pages by identifying weak images, unclear descriptions, missing specifications, or poor selling points
• Prepare marketing materials for new product launches
• Assist in managing social media pages and e-commerce accounts
• Schedule and publish posts, reels, product promotions, and campaign announcements
